I work between product needs, technical systems, and the people who operate them every day.

I work where software, infrastructure, and operations meet—from clinical workflows and enterprise platforms to cloud and access networks.

Since 2017, I have moved across hands-on hospital IT, backend and frontend engineering, system integration, infrastructure, NOC, and technical leadership. That range helps me see every application as part of a larger operational system.

Today, I work as a Senior Software Engineer while developing Modaly independently and supporting network operations—staying close to architecture, implementation, deployment, and the people who run each system.

Alongside professional work, I am completing a Master's thesis on NLP-assisted diagnosis for code-mixed clinical language combining Indonesian, English, everyday phrasing, and medical terminology.
